Seni Jaya acquires Ganad Media to broaden OOH advertising reach in Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Seni Jaya Corporation Berhad has announced the acquisition of Ganad Media Sdn. Bhd., a move aimed at strengthening its position in Malaysia’s out-of-home (OOH) advertising market.
The company said its wholly owned subsidiary, Seni Jaya Sdn. Bhd., signed a Shares Sale and Purchase Agreement with Dwi Mewah Sdn. Bhd. to acquire 100% of Ganad Media. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Ganad Media, established in 1986, operates a portfolio of high-visibility advertising sites and display solutions in prime urban locations across Malaysia. Seni Jaya stated that the deal will help expand its customer base and diversify its product offerings.

By combining our expertise, we aim to deliver even more impactful advertising solutions and unlock synergies that will elevate our market position,” said Jeff Cheah See Heong, CEO of Seni Jaya Corporation Berhad.
