Seni Jaya Acquires Ganad Media, Expands OOH Footprint

Seni Jaya Corporation Berhad announced that its wholly owned subsidiary has entered into a Shares Sale and Purchase Agreement with Dwi Mewah Sdn. Bhd. to acquire 100% equity interest in another out-of-home company, Ganad Media Sdn. Bhd.
The purchase consideration for the stake was RM5 million to be settled through a combination of cash and new shares.
Under the terms of the agreement, SJCB will pay RM3 million in cash. The remaining RM2 million will be satisfied through the issuance of 4,950,495 new ordinary shares in SJCB to the seller, Dwi Mewah Sdn Bhd. These new shares will be issued at a price of RM0.4040 each.
The acquisition marks a significant milestone in Seni Jaya’s growth journey, enabling the Group to further expand its customer base, diversify its product offerings, and reinforce its market leadership in the OOH industry.

Seni Jaya’s share price closed at RM0.42, showcasing a market capitalisation of RM89.7 million.
